Do cancellation charges apply?
Am I liable for any charges if I change my calls package / broadband speed?
If you upgrade from one option to another, then you will simply change over to the new contract and keep the existing 12 month term. You will then not be liable for the outstanding amount due on the old contract, but for the outstanding amount on the remaining months of the new contract.
If you downgrade from one option to another, then you will simply maintain the existing 12 month term. You will only be liable for the outstanding amount on the new contract
There are no cancellation charges for changing speeds. You would however be liable for cancellation charges if you cancel service for your broadband, calls package or line rental during the 12-month term. Please see your Terms and Conditions for further details
