Invalid utokc or E35 - error message when checking Emails online

Why do I receive an error message when checking my emails online?

If you check your your emails using the Webmail site you may on occasion receive the following error message after entering your Email Name and Password.

 

An error has occured

Invalid utokc for username@pop.oceanfree.net

 

This error message is usually returned because of a network problem with the Webmail service that will effect all users. Network and server problems are usually resolved within 24 hours. If the problem persists for longer then you should contact Internet Technical Support.

 

You can also try accessing your new email directly from the POP server. To do this direct your web browser to http://www.mail2web.com 

Enter your full email address and password. All the emails waiting for you to be downloaded will be displayed on this website. You will be able to send and receive new email from this site but will not have access to older emails.
