Lose Wireless Connection while using Cordless Phone or Microwave Oven

Why do I lose my wireless connection when I turn on my cordless phone or use my microwave oven?

Microwave ovens and some cordless phones operate at the same radio frequency as the BT Voyager Wireless Adapter. When the microwave oven or cordless phone is in use, it interferes with the wireless network.

It is recommended that you keep computers at least six metres away from your microwave oven and any cordless telephone that operates at a frequency of 2.4 GHz.
