Why is my broadband data usage not being updated?

If your download/upload data usage statistics appear to be stuck at zero or have not updated since a particular date then you will need to contact our Internet Technical Support staff.

 

You can either call our support line or send an email by clicking on Ask a Question. Please remember to include your BT account number, home telephone number and your broadband username. Our support staff will reset your data usage counter and then send you a confirmation email.

Mon-Fri: 8am - 9pm
Sat: 9:30am - 6pm
Bank Holidays: 10:30am - 7pm
Closed Sundays


Calls are charged at local call rate of 4c per minute during the day and 1c per minute during evenings and weekends when dialled from a BT landline. Mobile costs may vary.
