How do I return a telephone handset rented from eircom?

If you pay your line rental to BT Ireland but are still renting an eircom telephone handset then contact BT with a request to cease renting the equipment. BT will then...

  1. Request you dispose of the equipment in an environmentally friendly manner and will request eircom to terminate the rental agreement.

    **OR**

  2. You can return the equipment via eircom logistics including details of your BT account number (printed on your BT bill) and telephone number indicating you are not an eircom customer. As above BT will request eircom to terminate the rental agreement.
