What do I do if I move house or change my phone number?
You can only access our pre-paid Internet packages from the designated phone number that you initially supplied upon registration. If you try to connect from a different number you will receive an error message telling you that your username and password are incorrect. The only way to change the phone number from which you connect to the service (e.g., if you move premises) is by calling our Customer Care team on 1800 924 924 (Option 1).
