Our leased line (IP Line) connection is down
If your IP Line goes down please check the following:
  • Check that all cables are securely in their sockets
  • Reboot the NTU (cream box)

If this does not resolve your problem please take note of the circuit reference for your line (generally labelled on the NTU) and log the fault with Technical Support on 1800 924 924 (Option 3, then Option 2).
