Why are one or more of my lines dead?
Are all your lines dead? Are you getting a dial tone? Are you able to receive calls? When did the lines go down? Have Eircom / Vendor or BT done any work recently? Who has done the work?

If a vendor has done work, please contact your vendor.

If BT / Eircom have done work, please contact 1800 924 924 to have our engineering team investigate further.
