I made a payment but it is not showing up on my account?
Please contact Customer Care on 1800 924 924. Please ensure you

have your customer number when you call as this is required to check

your account. This can be found towards the top right of the first page of

your invoice. If the payment method was cheque, please also make a note

of the following details before calling:

- cheque number

- cheque date

- amount of cheque

- date the cheque was cashed.
