How do I cancel my Dial-up Internet service?To cancel your Dial-up subscription service, you can either call Customer Care on 1904, send an email via the Ask a Question link or send a letter to the address given below.
In your email or letter please include the Account Name and Number, Address, Phone Number and a date of when you would like to cancel your service.
Please address your letter to:
Residential Customer Care
Grand Canal Plaza
Upper Grand Canal Street
Dublin 4
Dial-up Internet services can be cancelled at any time - although any advance charges are non refundable.
Customer Care opening hours are:
Mon-Fri: 8am - 8pm
Sat: 10am - 4pm
Sundays and Bank Holidays: closed
