How do I cancel my BT Broadband service?

To cancel your Broadband service, you can either call Customer Care on 1904, send an email via the Ask a Question  link or send a letter to the address given below.


In your email or letter please include the Account Name and Number, Address, Phone Number and a date of when you would like to cancel your service.

Dublin 4

If you signed a 6 or 12 month contract when you signed up for Broadband, as per the Terms and Conditions you must pay an early termination fee. The current termination fee of €150 applies to a cancellation of any BT Broadband package.
