Why is there crackling, noise and/or interference on my phone line?

If you are using a cordless phone, please move nearer to the base station to see if the noise is still there. If it is not, please contact your handset vendor.

 

If you are not using a cordless phone, please make a note of the following details and contact Customer Care on 1904:

 

When did it start? - Is it still happening? - Is this happening on incoming calls only, outgoing calls only, or both? - Some sample numbers.
