Username and Password not recognised for

I have my Username and Password but why are my details not recognised?

If your Username and Password are not recognised on, you may need to reset your password in order to access your online account.


On the BTIreland login page, there is a link to follow if you have forgotten your password


Enter your Username and Email address. Your password it will be reset and emailed to you.


If you have not done so already you will need to register your BT account details in order to log into your online account. Your BT Broadband Username and Password will not allow you to access the online account until you have first registered.
