Why didn’t I receive my bill?

If you have not received a bill it may be because you have registered for billing online.  Online customers do not receive a bill in the post unless requested. To view your bill online log in to BTIreland.ie

 

Alternatively there may be a simple error with your personal details. Please log in to BTIreland.ie and confirm your details are correct.

 

You can also Ask a Question of our Customer Care team requesting that your bill be resent.  Please ensure to provide your correct name and address, and if possible your customer number, this can be found near the top right hand corner of your previous bills.
