I received an email requesting my IOL password, what should I do?
Delete the Email and do NOT respond!
If you recently received an email similar to the one printed below you should delete it without responding. If you are ever suspicious of the authenticity of an email never reveal your password or any account details. You should also never open any files attached to suspicious or spam emails.
If you have already responded to this hoax email revealing your password then you should immediately call BT Ireland Technical Support on 1890 923 111.
