Can the helpdesk help me to resolve any problems I have with my own computer/hardware?
The BT Broadband helpdesk is there to help you with problems relating specifically to the BT Broadband service and the hardware/software provided by BT.
If you have purchased a product where hardware was not provided as part of the service, the helpdesk will not be able to assist you with it, and you should contact your hardware supplier.
