How do I resolve the dial-up connection error 691?
Error 691: Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain.
It might be a simple problem in that the username and/or password have been entered incorrectly.
Remember for the Flat Rate Anytime and IOL Gold services, the username and password are unique, chosen by you upon ordering the product.
Flat Rate (Evenings & Weekends), Net Free, IOL No Limits all have standard login details (listed below) that are the same for every user.
All logon details must be spelt in lowercase letters and make sure there are no blank spaces before and/or after the username and/or password.
Flat Rate(Evenings & Weekends): Username: netsmart Password: netsmart
BT Net Free: Username: free Password: free
IOL No Limits: Username: nolimits Password: nolimits
