Set up 'Out of Office' response for IOL email account

How do I set up an 'Out of Office' response for an IOL email account?

  1. Direct your web browser to
  2. Enter your username (part of the Email address before the '@' symbol) and then your password.
  3. Click on the Auto Responder link from the left-hand menu.
  4. Type in your 'Out of Office' response in to the text field.
  5. Ensure that the Auto Responder is turned On then click on APPLY.


To turn the 'Out of Office' response off just log back into the site click on Off and then APPLY.


This service is only available on IOL email accounts, it is not possible to set up on IOL Free, EsatClear or Oceanfree accounts.
