Can I change the name on my account?

Yes, the registered name on your account can be changed. You are required to complete a Change of Account Name form as well as a New Account Application Form.


You can either download the forms from here OR alternatively contact our Customer Care team, via our Ask a Question page or by calling Freephone 1904.


A Customer Care agent will organise to send you the required application forms. Once you and the proposed new account holder complete and return the forms to BT, they will then be processed and the requested changes made.
