Why did I not receive a bill?

BT bills are posted on the 8th, 14th and 24th of every second month. However, if you are registered to view your bills online you will not receive any bill in the post. Instead you must login using your username and password to your BT account through www.btireland.ie


Click on the view my bill option and you will be able to view/download your bill in your preferred format.


If you are not registered online and have not received your bill within 10 days of your billing date, please notify our Customer Care team by clicking on Ask a Question  or alternatively, you can call us on Freephone 1904.
